Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit when booking for a rental or event services. This deposit Is credited toward the total of the booking which is required to be paid in full 48 Hours in advance of the event or rental

How do I book rentals?

You can book rentals through our website or by contacting our team directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 7 days in advance for a full refund ( minus $50 booking fee) If canceled in less than 7 days you receive a 40% refund. Special circumstances accepted for natural disasters or situations beyond your control.

Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for all rental items to ensure a hassle-free experience.
